The Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology is delighted to announce Class of 2021 in winning 2nd place in 2017 AU Creative Chorus Competition on December 6th.
The Asia University Creative Chorus Competition is an annual event specifically held for AU freshmen. All contestants are required to perform a song with lyrics meeting the topic of the year. The topic this year was “gratitude.”
Led by Conductor Bai-Jia Chen, Class of 2021 remixed songs, combined multiple musical instruments – piano, electric guitar, cello, and cajón drum, and incorporated short skits and sign languages into the performance. The result? Bringing lyrics to live and leaving the audience in awe!
